Andrea Johnson, MPH

Andrea Johnson (she/her) is the Research Coordinator for Health Research Training for the College of Nursing. She received her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology in December 2023 and Bachelor of Science in Public Health in April 2023 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Her previous work experience included working under Dr. Henna Budhwani as a Research Assistant supporting her clinical trials. As a Research Coordinator, Andrea supports the different programs within the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) Translational Workforce Development portfolio (e.g. T32, K12, R25). Her work includes creating training grant databases, assisting in trainee recruitment, tracking program progress, and promoting accomplishments across FSU CTSA social media.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, watching anime, and attempting to cook.
