Background
Glow is an LLM-powered skills coach chatbot designed to support individuals in achieving their behavior change goals. Rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, Glow utilizes systematic chain analysis to help users understand and modify their thoughts and behaviors. Specifically, the goal of Glow is to address the needs of men who are at high risk for HIV with problematic substance abuse. We aim to provide tailored, compassionate mental health support to this population through a contextually aware chatbot.
