Karissa joins the Institute on Digital Health and Innovation as a Research Coordinator to support the Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV Interventions (ATN) and provide qualitative data management support. Karissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has previous work experience providing crisis services and advocacy to adolescents, as well as offering research support for clinical trials and qualitative studies. Karissa has also worked on various research projects aimed at psychometrically adapting and tailoring health measures and interventions for youth. Outside of work, Karissa enjoys baking gluten-free treats, reading, gardening, going on walks, and playing the piano.
