My name is Xavier Ramos (he/him) & I am a young professional based out of Chicago, Illinois. Currently, I am on my 6th year with J. P. Morgan Chase Bank as a Data Analyst. I have a passion for helping others & my community. I first got involved with HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN) at The Ruth M. Rothstein Core Center in Chicago, Illinois; about 7 years ago as a Youth Advisory Board member. That connection provided the opportunity to work as a Subject Matter Research Consultant, with the Youth Advisory Council from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. To this day, I have been my team’s Cultural Advocate and helped my colleagues get connected to the DEI groups/events at Chase. I hope to continue to foster a positive & inclusive environment where ever I go.
